c). Those that see and accept the error, recognize how it came into being, find answers to resolve them and learn from the experience in order that it is not going to happen again.
It is indeed my firm conclusion how the secret weapon to success in operation depends on how you approach your failures and mistakes. Obviously, it is not the sole basis of success, however, I am believing that the right approach to this will create a constructive, positive and successful environment to your business and you may also enjoy the ability.
